Organic sourdough and rustic pastries handcrafted with local and organic ingredients. Erica Glaze started with the Farming Fort Collins blog — connecting people to local food — before launching the bakery in 2017. Every loaf is made with intention, sourcing heirloom stone-ground flour from Moxie Feed & Seed, eggs and pork from Jodar Farms, and fruit from Ela Family Farms and Rancho Duranzo.
