A full-service, member-owned market in the heart of Fort Collins, the Fort Collins Food Co-op has been community-driven since its founding by CSU students in the early ‘70s. Open to both members and non-members, the Co-op offers all the essentials of a grocery store with a strong focus on sustainability, ethically sourced products, and supporting small businesses. Their shelves are filled with local, organic, and natural goods—many sourced directly from Northern Colorado farmers and vendors. With options like bulk buying to reduce waste and save money, the Co-op is deeply rooted in building a healthier, more connected local food system.
